Hi, I'm Hadirah, the web designer and developer behind designbyhk, based in Malaysia.

My work combines UI/UX design with hands on website development. I care about how a website looks, how people move through it, and how clearly it communicates what a business offers.

  • Domain and hosting are included for the first year. Renewal fees apply from the second year.
  • Each project includes two rounds of revisions.
  • A 50% deposit confirms your project. The remaining 50% is due on completion, before launch or handover.
  • Premium plugins, paid subscriptions, payment gateway fees and work outside the agreed scope may cost extra.
  • Your timeline is confirmed in the quotation and depends on scope, content readiness and feedback.

Questions before we get started?

How long does it take to build a website?

It depends on the number of pages, the design and the features. I’ll confirm the timeline in your quotation before work begins.

What do you need from me?

Usually your business information, service or product details, logo, images and any content you have. I’ll guide you through what’s needed.

Is domain and hosting included?

Yes, for the first year within the agreed plan. Renewal fees apply from the second year.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. We’ll look at your current website and goals together before agreeing on the scope.

Do you build ecommerce websites?

Yes. Online stores start from RM3,800, depending on your products and integrations.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Extra revisions or changes to approved work may cost extra.

What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit to start, and the remaining 50% on completion, before launch or handover.

Can I add more pages or features?

Yes. Extra pages start from RM200 each. Custom features and integrations are quoted separately.

Do you provide maintenance?

Yes. Ongoing updates and support can be arranged based on what you need.
